1. Business Planner

Core Responsibilities
- Mobilize local farmers to transition from traditional farming to certified organic practices under NPOP, PGS, and Meghalaya Organics
- Design and conduct training sessions on organic farming methodologies and certification processes
- Organize and implement community awareness programmes
- Prepare business plans for rural development projects
- Facilitate collaboration between producers, farmer groups, cooperatives, and village organizations
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project implementation and progress

Core Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all field activities related to NPOP, PGS, and Meghalaya Organics
- Maintain communication with district units and compile project reports
- Conduct technical training sessions to support IVCs, VOs, SHGs, and local community groups
- Assist in product marketing and establish sustainable value chains for rural produce
