Candidates must possess a full-time regular B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant disciplines including:

MBA / Post Graduate Qualification

Selection Process

Step 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)

The CBT will consist of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) with a duration of 90 minutes. PwBD candidates requiring scribes will receive 120 minutes.

The CBT paper will be bilingual in English and Hindi.

Negative Marking

For every incorrect answer, 1/4th mark will be deducted.

Section 1 Cut-Off Marks

  • UR / EWS / OBC: 24 Marks (60%)
  • SC / ST / PwBD: 22 Marks (55%)

Total CBT Cut-Off Marks

  • UR / EWS / OBC: 65 Marks
  • SC / ST / PwBD: 60 Marks

Step 2: Document Verification

Candidates shortlisted from the CBT merit list will be called for Document Verification in a ratio of 5 to 10 times the community-wise vacancies.


Step 3: Group Discussion and Personal Interview

Shortlisted candidates will appear for the Personal Interview carrying 25% weightage. The company may also conduct Group Discussion or Group Task rounds.

If Group Discussion or Group Task is conducted, the final selection weightage will be:

  • CBT: 65%
  • GD/GT: 15%
  • Personal Interview: 20%
