The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Meghalaya has announced a walk-in interview for a prestigious internship opportunity under a Telecommunications Technology Development Fund (TTDF) sponsored 6G research project.
The project focuses on “6G Standardization: Critical Data Transmission (Remote location data) during Natural Calamity for the North-eastern Region in India”. Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech Candidates
- Currently pursuing B.Tech (preferably 4th year)
- Branch: Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Allied branches such as Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) and Electrical Engineering (EE) are also eligible
M.Tech Candidates
- Currently pursuing 2nd year M.Tech
- Specializations in ECE, Microwave Engineering, Communication, Instrumentation, or Embedded Systems are eligible
Technical Skills Required
- Strong interest in Microwave Technology
- Knowledge of Sensor-Based Monitoring systems
- Good academic performance and technical understanding
Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted through an offline walk-in interview. Candidates shortlisted based on project suitability and technical profile will be informed through email communication.
