Educational Qualification and Eligibility Criteria
1. Stenographer Grade-III
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Technical Qualification: Diploma in English Stenography.
- Required Speed: Minimum 80 words per minute in shorthand.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute on computer.
2. Assistant Librarian
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Library Science from a recognized University.
- Additional Requirement: Proficiency in the use of computers.
3. Lower Division Clerk-Cum-Bench Assistant (LDC)
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University.
- Additional Requirement: Proficiency in the use of computers.
4. Record Keeper
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) examination from a recognized Board.
5. Process Server

Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 years.
- Maximum Age: 32 years as on the first day of the year in which the advertisement is made.
- SC/ST Relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years.
- Government Servants: No age limit for candidates already serving under the State Government of Meghalaya, provided they initially entered service within the prescribed age limit.

Selection Process
