Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Rural Development or Agriculture from a recognized university.
Work Experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience in community mobilization, Self-Help Group (SHG) promotion, livelihoods, or rural development programmes is preferred.
Skills Required

Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring field-level activities under NRLM Mawlai.
- Community Mobilization: Organizing and engaging rural communities into structured groups.
- Capacity Building: Strengthening local institutions and Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
- Livelihood Promotion: Supporting sustainable income-generating activities for rural households.
- Financial Inclusion: Facilitating access to banking services, credit systems, and financial literacy initiatives.
- Government Scheme Convergence: Connecting community needs with government welfare and development schemes.
- Monitoring & Documentation: Maintaining reports, project records, and community case studies.
- Facilitation & Grievance Redressal: Addressing community-level issues and ensuring smooth implementation of activities.
